My specialty is pediatric endocrinology and general endocrinology. This is my conscious choice because the field of medicine studies a very important area of human activity and health - hormonal balance.
Hormones are mood, joy, feelings, well-being, and of course health, and in children they are physical, sexual development, growth, body weight, formation of the adult body, etc. under the «strict view» of hormonal status. Also, hormones are a subtle regulation between the nervous and immune systems.
«It's a conductor running an orchestra!» So, this direction attracts and inspires me every day to do what I love with pleasure.

Stage: 20 years

• Adrenal dysfunction, diseases of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland
• Metabolic syndrome and obesity
• Problems of impaired growth, sexual development in children
• Diseases of the thyroid gland:
• Testing for identification of type I and type II diabetes mellitus
• Hypothyroidism
• Thyrotoxicosis
• Addison's disease

• Internship in NHL «Okhmatdet» Endocrinology (1983)
• 1982 – Bogomolets National Medical University.
• 1983 – internship at the National Children's Specialized Hospital «Okhmatdet».

• 1985 – Refresher course in pediatric endocrinology, Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Moscow;
• 1994 – internship in Denmark at Steno Diabetes Center;
• 1996 – Internship at Mac-Master University, Hamilton, Canada within the framework of the Ukraine-Canada national project «Education» for 4 months;
• 1999 – internship in Sweden;
• Every 5 years – courses in pediatric endocrinology at the Shupik National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education
