What is electroencephalography and how we conduct it
Our clinic offers the most modern methods of diagnosis of various diseases, including electroencephalography (EEG). This method allows you to study the electrical activity of the brain, which is important for the diagnosis of various pathological processes, such as epilepsy, migraine and other neurological diseases.
In addition to conventional electroencephalography, we also offer nocturnal EEG with video monitoring.
Nocturnal EEG is a diagnostic procedure that allows you to assess brain activity during sleep and identify possible sleep disorders and epileptic seizures . For the procedure, we use electrodes that are attached to the child's head and record the electrical activity of the brain. To ensure a convenient and comfortable procedure, we have created a special room.
Video surveillance during night EEG monitoring allows us to monitor the child's behavior during sleep in detail and identify possible changes in behavior that may be associated with sleep disorders and other health problems.
